Dr Rupla Paul 👩‍⚕️

Dr.Rupla Paul is a retired Class I Gazetted Medical Officer from the Haryana Government (HCMS-I), who has devoted her entire career to serving and treating underprivileged patients. Even at the age of 83, her commitment to charitable medical service remains unwavering.

In 1971, she moved into her matrimonial home in East of Kailash, New Delhi, where she has continued her mission of selfless service to the community. The local residents have had the unique privilege of being served by a dedicated lady doctor since those early days.

Now, in addition to her ongoing medical work, Dr. Paul is fulfilling a long-standing dream—to support the community’s well-being through natural and healthy living. Together with her daughter, a practicing medical doctor and co-founder, she is introducing a range of Kacchi Ghani (cold-pressed) oils aimed at promoting holistic health and nutrition.

Meet the Founders

Dr. Nitasha Paul 👩‍⚕️

In my 32-year journey as a businesswoman, I have conquered numerous challenges in a male-dominated world. I began by writing legal documents, teaching science to the underprivileged, and managing a tuition center. Subsequently, I ran a successful pharmacy shop and Western Union branch in Delhi, which had the highest turnover. I then managed a full-fledged Poly Clinic and a specialised dental care center and worked as a prosthodontist faculty member in various dental colleges nationwide.

During this time, I observed the challenges faced by women in their daily lives and identified inadequacies in the judiciary system. To address this, I pursued a full-time LLB and aimed to be a pillar for women needing justice. In addition to pursuing my LLB, I utilised my pharmaceutical diploma to develop a skincare product with nanotechnology, which is currently being trialled in Canada. I also established a dance foundation to spread Indian art and culture worldwide. Furthermore, I established a tailoring unit that designs dresses and costumes for working professionals and provides training for women in tailoring in partnership with Skill India.

My latest venture involves running an oil mill, an institute for media, and Immigration Services. These challenges have shaped me, and I am driven to share my experiences to inspire and support my fellow women entrepreneurs in India.
